I first met Peter when he was well into his later years and he moved into a permanent role in my team at Vistorm. What I learned from him in those few years was invaluable, not just about his particular area of expertise (which was immense) but about life in general. He was always considerate, helpful and generous with his time and his spirit. I can't claim to have known him well but he made a difference to my life as I am sure he did for many others.
